• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the original packaging.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.
• Please contact us before sending any items back.

📋 How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 working days.

• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
